Here are several of the main reasons why you should raise your own Hydroponic Fruit as opposite to using customary soil based methods!

1. There is no necessity to water them! This will of course save you time, but also over or under watering is one of the major mistakes that trainee gardeners do which can be harmful to your plant life.

2. Hydroponic fruit grows up to 50% quicker than time-honored soil developed fruitl This is because you will have fully manipulated the growing environment to be optimum for what it is you’re growing.

3. You don’t have to possess a garden. So if you have your home in the desert, the arctic or in a crowded town centre public housing block then this is no barrier.

4. No dirt borne infection can be passed on if they are not being grown in soil.

5. No earth living vermin will be able to get next to your fruit consequently you will own greatly healthier looking produce! You will too save money on pricey pesticides.

6. Upkeep time is to a great extent reduced. There is no requirement to water hydroponic fruit and there is no weeding. In truth all you’ll really have to do is select your fruit when they are ready.

7. The produce is year round. You will always have access to all the fruit you require. As soon as it’s off season, you will be able to vend your crop for an enlarged revenue margin.

8. You can grow them wherever; basement, conservatory, backyard, greenhouse, garage, window ledge, corridor or loft.

9. They will grow up to 40% larger as they will always have access to all the nutrients they need. You will have made their growing conditions to be ideal for them, they will adore it and will be better looking as a result.

10. You will be able to fit extra into your growing trays as the roots don’t grow as large. This is for the reason that they don’t need to spread out to locate nutrients as they are so readily obtainable.

So if you’re wanting to find out more concerning growing your own Hydroponic Fruit then you should look further into it!
7. As you will not be watering them, there is no danger of them being over or under watered. This is a common mistake with many novice gardeners.

8. For the reasons listed above, your plants will grow up to 50% faster! This is ideal if you’re feeding a large family or are planning on making money out of it.

9. As you’re not using soil, you can take part in hydroponic indoor gardening in the desert or Antarctica! Or more realistically, if you don’t have a garden, if you live in a high rise building for example.

With home hydroponics you can plant anything you want and you will soon have an abundance of quality fruit, vegetables, flowers or herbs!

If you’re thinking about setting up your very own home hydroponics system, you should check out the following benefits:

1. You don’t need to water your plants! This saves time and is the main reason why plants die due to over or under watering. A common mistake made by many novice gardeners is eliminated!

2. Hydroponic plants grow up to 50% faster! This is because the roots do not need to expand to look for nutrients, they are already there in abundance! Home hydroponic plants grow extremely quickly.

3. You do not need to have a garden, because little space is needed for your plants. You can grow them literally anywhere!

4. Soil borne disease are not spread to hydroponic plants. This is a large problem for many gardeners and you will have much healthier plants as a result which will show!

5. There is no need to use any pesticides as garden pests which thrive in soil will not be able to get near to your home hydroponic plants.

6. Running costs are 20% lower once your home hydroponics system is set up.

7. You will be able to grow more plants within a smaller area! Although your plants will grow to be larger, the roots will be smaller which makes this possible.

8. Your maintenance time is very small. In fact all you really need to do is pick the fruit or veg, there is no weeding with hydroponics.

9. The yield is year round and not seasonal. This is because you have manipulated the growing conditions specific to the plants optimal growing conditions. You’ll have never ending fruit or whatever you choose to plant.

10. You can grow your plants anywhere; in a greenhouse, garden, conservatory, rooftop, living room, bedroom or corridor.

11. Your plants will grow 40% larger on average. This is because all the growing conditions are controlled by you, they are optimal and the roots have full access to all the nutrients they need.

The American Dietetic Association stresses not only the importance of breakfast, but the quality of breakfast foods consumed. A nutritious breakfast will give you a healthy start to your day. Fruit is one important food that should be included in ones breakfast as it is packed full of vitamins and antioxidants.

5. For a light breakfast, have a muffin or English muffin with a fruit spread, a banana, and a glass of milk.

6. Have a fruit smoothie made in a blender. One recipe is:

Berry Banana Smoothie

10. Make a toasted bagel topped with cream cheese and fruit slices such as berries.

11. Have a healthy fruit Hodge Podge:

1 honeydew melon cut up into chunks 1 banana cut into pieces 1 apple cut into pieces apples 50g of a granola cereal 2 tablespoons yogurt

Combine all ingredients. You can also use your own favorite fruits.

12. You can try this Breakfast Fruit Cobbler:

2 Cups of fresh, canned or frozen fruit Place fruit in a baking dish sprayed with cooking oil.

2 Tablespoon sugar 1 Teaspoon cornstarch 2 Teaspoon water or (juice from the canned fruits) 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice

Since I decided to lose weight I always knew I needed to stay healthy. I looked around online for some healthy smoothie recipes to make this a little easier, and I came across the Amazing Smoothie Recipes eBook – which is more than just a collection of recipes. As soon as I started reading it I found a number of health tips and ways that smoothies can help you lose weight.

The eBook itself only cost me $9.95 and it was very easy to purchase and download, coming in a PDF file that could be saved to my computer as well as printed out to put in a ring binder. This was good for me as I was really excited to get reading and learning all about smoothies. It even had 4 bonus eBooks which are also really useful!

Some of the great things this eBook has taught me include just why it’s so important to have 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day. Because most of us lead such busy lives, we often get as little as three – but the recipes in this eBook provide a helpful way around this. You’ll even get a chart so you can tick off how many portions of fruit you eat every day.

I wasn’t just interested in the recipes, though: I found it fascinating to sit down and simply read about how good fruit is for our bodies. When youre on a diet, it’s very reassuring to know that the recipes you’re making are giving you all the nutrients you need ” and I learned a lot from this eBook. Take, for example, the fact that an important cancer-preventing ingredient, lycopene, is found in the watermelon which can be turned into a delicious drink! And that there are a whole range of antioxidants found in different fruits.

I also recommend the recipe on page 43 for the Pink Banana Smoothie, or the Apple Passion on page 37. And the good news is that they don’t require any fancy ingredients, just fruits stocked in your local supermarket. This is even great for anyone going on a raw diet ” all it takes is a minute to whizz your food in the blender!

One important point to emphasise is that the measurements in this eBook all come in ml instead of cups. This shouldn’t be too much of a problem, since most measuring jugs come with both. If yours doesn’t, then I recommend buying a Pyrex measuring cup. Fortunately mine did measure in both, and I found that 1 cup was roughly equal to just over 200ml of juice.

Buying this eBook was super easy and convenient thanks to the fact that it is sent to you to download instantly, no matter what time of the day it is! I was especially impressed by the great free eBooks that came with it: Amazing Fast Food Facts, 101 Amazing Ways to Stay Healthy, The Amazing Family Cookbook (with 500+ low sugar and low fat recipes), and Amazing Vegetable Variations (300+ recipes that families love).

Id definitely recommend the Amazing Smoothie Recipes eBook to anyone on a diet or wanting to learn more about improving their health!

Whether you’re learning how to be a little more healthy, or trying to lose some weight, the Amazing Smoothie Recipes ebook is here to help. You can also follow my own weight loss progress and menu ideas on my weight loss blog at Diet Smoothie.net
